We partner with your school’s Athletic Director or District to determine the right fit, whether that’s a scorer’s table, scoreboards, or both. From there, we finalize a simple agreement tailored to your school's needs. Once signed, your scorer’s table can be delivered within weeks, and we immediately launch your sponsorship program to begin generating revenue.

Yes! Scoreboard Media covers the full cost of the equipment — including the scorer’s table, control system, shipping, and installation. The school is only responsible for providing power to the equipment and operating the system.

Once your scorer’s table is installed, we fully manage the sponsorship program bringing in local and national businesses to advertise on your display. You’ll have a dedicated sponsorship coordinator who works directly with your community while ensuring all content is appropriate for your school and audience. We handle everythiong from selling sponsors to managing content.

You receive a significant amount of the revenue share from any sponsors referred to us by the school, bringing you long-term, sustainable funding.

The school is responsible for turning on the scorer's table during games, but there is minimal operation required. A school staff member simply logs into our cloud-based system, and all ads and school content are preloaded and automatically rotate throughout the game.

We provide full training and onboarding to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.

Yes! The scorer's table only needs to be diaplaying ads during scheduled games and certain events, outlined in your contract. Outside of games, it becomes a flexible digital asset for your school which can be utilized to showcase student media, conduct school announcements, or any content you want  Each table includes a USB input, making it easy to plug in and display your own media.
